A 36-year-old lady presented with persistent erythematous lesions eventually became pigmented over duration of 2 months. Her clinical features, histopathology, immunofluorescence findings with positive ANA and anti-Ds DNA antibodies together with CBNAAT positive, which was suggestive of lichen planus-lupus erythematous with tuberculosis. We report this case because of its clinical rarity to the best of our knowledge it has never been reported with tuberculosis in literature.
