We report a case of a 58-year-old woman with unremarkable clinical history who presented with a well-circumscribed hard nodular skin lesion in her leg. The lesion was not associated with any general symptomatology. With such a clinical presentation, clinicians suggested the diagnosis of hemangioma. The diagnosis of primary cutaneous Aspergillosis was disclosed after the histopathological assessment of the resected lesion. The clinical investigations found no other sites of Aspergillosis. The patient received medical treatment and the evolution was marked by complete remission. We report herein an unusual location of a rare infectious disease with misleading clinical presentation as it presented in an immunocompetent patient mimicking a vascular tumor.
